Saha siyaretlerimiz ve izlemelerimiz ile birlikte s\u00fcrece dair raporlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bilgi notunun tamam\u0131na ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/14W-8YoQaTRbMe2ZfmoJr6yJOnCJ78qEV\/view?usp=share_link\">t\u0131klay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">The Effects of the Kahramanmaras Earthquake on Roma Groups<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1959\" src=\"https:\/\/romanigodi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Picture.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1146\" height=\"720\" \/><br \/>\nOn 6 February 2023, two major earthquakes, measuring 7.7 and 7.6 on the Richter scale, occurred in Kahramanmara\u015f. The earthquake was followed by numerous aftershocks. The earthquake had a major impact on the southern region of Turkey and neighbouring Syria. The provinces that were heavily affected by the earthquake are the provinces where Turkish and Migrant\/Refugee Roma groups, especially Doms and Abdals, live densely.<br \/>\nAlthough in the first days it seemed that all groups living in the region were affected equally, in the following days it became visible that the effects of the earthquake affected groups such as migrants, minorities (Roma groups etc.), women, LGBTI+ persons, children and disabled persons etc. more deeply.<br \/>\nAs Romani Godi and Civil Dreams Association, we have created this information note by combining the impact of the Kahramanmara\u015f Earthquake on Roma groups with our own experiences as well as the experiences of our volunteers, members, partner organisations and other Dom, Rom and Abdal people who have experienced the earthquake one-to-one.
