Depremzedelere yap\u0131lan yard\u0131mlarda(\u00e7ad\u0131r, g\u0131da, hijyen malzemesi, temiz suya eri\u015fim vb.) ikinci plana at\u0131lan bu gruplar yard\u0131mlara zaman\u0131nda eri\u015femiyor veya ayr\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerle d\u0131\u015flan\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n
