Bu nedenle b\u00fct\u00fcn divanlarda toplumsal konularla ilgili malzeme bulunabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz; ancak baz\u0131 divanlarda s\u00f6z konusu malzemeler di\u011fer divanlara nispetle olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. T\u0131rs\u00ee Divan\u0131 bunlardan biridir. 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l \u015fairlerinden \u0130brahim T\u0131rs\u00ee, eserinde kendi d\u00f6neminin \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 manzaralar\u0131n\u0131 sunan bir \u015fair olarak, toplumsal \u00e7evresini, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131 ve o d\u00f6nemin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131tan pek \u00e7ok beyte yer vermi\u015ftir. Bu konulardan biri de \u00c7ingenelerdir. \u015eair, sosyal \u00e7evresinde \u015fahit oldu\u011fu olaylardan ve toplumun alg\u0131lar\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak zihninde bir \u00c7ingene imgesi olu\u015fturmu\u015f ve bunu \u015fiirlerine alayc\u0131 ve esprili bir \u00fcslupla yans\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ona g\u00f6re \u00c7ingeneler, orucu kuru ekmekle tutacak kadar fakirdir; hamamdan pe\u015ftamal\u0131 \u00e7alacak kadar h\u0131rs\u0131z ve g\u00fcvenilmezdir. \u00c7ad\u0131rlarda ya\u015farlar, bakla fal\u0131 bakarlar. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fte sahtek\u00e2rd\u0131rlar, kavgada ise korkakt\u0131rlar. A\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131 bozuktur, sefil bir hayat ya\u015farlar.
