Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Program\u0131 – PROGRESS taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmektedir (2007 \u2013 2013). Bu program Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal \u0130\u015fler ve F\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmektedir. Kurulu\u015f amac\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011finin Sosyal G\u00fcndemi i\u00e7erisinde yer alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve sosyal i\u015fler alan\u0131ndaki hedeflerinin uygulamaya ge\u00e7irilmesini finansal olarak desteklemek olup, bu alanda Lizbon Stratejileri ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yerine getirilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmakt\u0131r. Yedi y\u0131ll\u0131k program EU27, EFTA-EEA ve AB aday ile \u00f6n aday \u00fclkelerde uygun ve etkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve sosyal mevzuatlar ile politikalara \u015fekil verebilecek ve bunlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirebilecek t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131 hedeflemektedir. PROGRESS\u2019in misyonu \u00dcye \u00dclkelerin taahh\u00fctlerinin ve \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n AB taraf\u0131ndan desteklenerek g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, daha fazla ve daha iyi i\u015f olanaklar\u0131 ile birbirine daha ba\u011fl\u0131 bir toplum yaratmak amac\u0131na y\u00f6neliktir. Bu ba\u011flamda, \u0130LERLEME a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki hususlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n
